Signed Agreement

For Monthly retainer services, a signed Agreement will be required depending upon the scope of work. The specifics of the agreement will be outlined between the Company and the Client. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of these agreements.

Refunds and Cancellations

These terms govern refunds and cancellations for services provided by ShikhaShikz Marketing Pvt Ltd (“Company”) to its clients (“Client”).

1. Refunds

1.1. Company does not provide refunds for payments made for services, except where required by law or as agreed upon in writing.

2. Cancellations

2.1. Clients may cancel services by providing written notice to Company at least one month in advance.

2.2. In the event of cancellation, Client agrees to pay for services provided up to the cancellation date. Monthly retainer fee services require payment for the full month, regardless of the cancellation date.

Payment Gateway Terms

These terms and conditions (“Payment Gateway Terms”) govern the use of payment gateway services provided by ShikhaShikz Marketing Pvt Ltd (“Company”) to its clients (“Client”).

1. Payment Processing

1.1. By using the payment gateway services provided by Company, Client agrees to abide by these Payment Gateway Terms.

1.2. Client acknowledges that all transactions processed through the payment gateway are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment gateway provider.

2. Fees and Charges

2.1. Client agrees to pay any applicable fees and charges associated with the use of the payment gateway services as outlined by the respective payment gateway provider.

2.2. Company may charge additional fees for its services related to payment processing, which shall be communicated to Client in advance.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify this Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
